He may launch similar types of combos continuously or some old moves to make the boxer think and respond to his moves. His approach is focused on responsive punches. Hea, therefore, keeps on adding a series of complex moves to his launching attacks. His movements are not easily perceived and predicted. His style of mitt training prepares the fighter to face and respond to every fighting technique. A boxer learns to fight against diversified techniques rather than some particular technique.
