The Lonsdale ceiling hook with swivel is intended to suspend a double end ball or a light boxing bag. The hook can easily be secured in the ceiling or floor with 2 bolts. The hook has a strong swivel so the bag can rotate during practice. It also absorbs punches and kicks. It can be used in a ceiling to suspend the upper part of a double end ball or for light boxing bags. The hook can be used for the floor to secure the other end of a double end ball, or to secure the bottom side of a boxing ball using an elastic band. We advise a wall mount for heavier boxing bags or for instensive usage.
