We offer a 30-day return period. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.

Important: Personalized items (custom engraving / made-to-order) cannot be returned, unless there is a production error or defect.

For return procedures, simply contact us through the contact form, and we will send you the necessary instructions. Please include your order number so we can help faster.

 

 

Returning Your Item

You are eligible for a return if the product remains unused and retains its original packaging. Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

As our shipments reach a global audience with products varying in size and weight, we don't offer tailored solutions for return shipping based on your location and the item's specifics. We recommend consulting your local postal service for the best option to send your item back to us.

 

 

What if there’s an issue with my product?

If your product arrived damaged, incorrect, or if there is a production error (including personalization issues), please contact us and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of what’s wrong

We’ll review it quickly and provide a suitable solution.

 

 

Refunds and Shipping Costs

  • The original shipping costs, as well as any return shipping fees paid to your local postal service, are non-refundable.

  • Refunds cover the returned item(s) only. For example, if your order amounts to €34.95 — comprising an item priced at €30 and shipping costs of €4.95 — the refund will cover the item's cost only, which is €30.
